Directly over the Web: If you feel comfortable buying over the Web, we have a fully secure shopping-cart system hosted by Mal's e-commerce. The shipping and handling charges are posted for every book and basket for shipping to United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are a bit higher.
